تغییر دادن ip

سلام.
چه طوری میشه ip را تغییر داد؟ (یعنی سایتی که واردش میشم ip که من قبلا مشخص کردم را به عنوان ip من ثبت کنه، مثل کاری که به صورت دستی میشه توی مرورگرها انجام داد)

واسه اینکار از نرم افزار های تغییر ip استفاده کن
من خودم از Easy-Hide-IP استفاده می کنم.
البته این نرم افزار به صورت رندوم ip عوض میکنه و دست کاربر تو این زمینه باز نیست.
ولی خوب جواب میده!!!
در ضمن تموم ف... ها رو هم میشکنه
اگه کرکشو گیر آوردی ما رو هم بی نصیب نزار

مرسی. فقط یه مشکلی که هست اینه که این نرم افزار 3 روز مجانیه.
اصلا همچین کاری با php ممکنه؟
من یه چیزایی توی هلپ php پیدا کردم ولی سر در نمیارم. کسی میتونه توضیح بده؟

bindto

Used to specify the IP address (either IPv4 or IPv6) and/or the port number that PHP will use to access the network. The syntax is iport. Setting the IP or the port to 0 will let the system choose the IP and/or port.

Note: As FTP creates two socket connections during normal operation, the port number cannot be specified using this option.
